Jamie xx Announces Solo Australian Shows

Ahead of The xx's sold-out Australian tour, Jamie XX has announced he'll be playing solo shows in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney this March and April.

The tour comes off a big few years for Jamie, who has built on his already solid reputation after some massive remixes and edits. More recently, his re-edit of Sunset by The xx gained massive hype, combining hauntingly mellow vocals and Jamie's notoriously smooth production.

You can catch Jamie XX at The Bakery in Perth on March 31; in Melbourne on April 5 at the Prince Bandroom and at The Metro in Sydneytown the very next day. The two Sydney and Melbourne gigs follow the previously announced shows by The xx earlier that night, and so will have later start times to accomodate.

General public tickets for Jamie xx's are on sale Wednesday March 6, and are predicted to sellout quickly.
