What do you get when you cross the two biggest names in house music? An epic as hell collab! Two of my favourites, JUSTIN MARTIN and EATS EVERYTHING have teamed up to bring a two track EP. Both tracks are awesome and totally mind blowing on production.

The EP entitled Feather Fight, opens with the aforementioned title track - a House-y type build with Toms being used instead of 909 snares for a backbeat. You get the feeling it's going to be a tribal affair. Continued Snares are on wither 1/8 to begin with and they are not quantised, you know the same old trick, they are moved a few tics forward for more of a snappy sound. With a smooth little bass line made of chords to get your ears ringing with the filter closed.

Transposed vocal samples, oh and a raw sounding lead on key hold "Brrrrrrrrrr" going in hard on that. There is a 808 cowbell further along. A strings-section comprising the drop and then we got the end with a reggaeton/ garage style beat. All these things bringing us heads on the dance floor one bang closer to each other. All in all it’s a great two tracks and everything these guys touch turns to musical gold.

If you want to check out what it actually sounds like for yourself, we have a teaser for you below.
