A band that certainly needs little (well, no) introduction, The Prodigy have been credited as one of the best live acts on the planet – and when you take a look at their back catalogue, or if you’ve ever seen this band play live, it’s easy to see why. Since emerging from the UK’s underground rave scene in the early 1990’s, The Prodigy have established themselves as one of the most dominant, dynamic and revered electronic acts the world has ever seen.

Having sold over 25 million albums world-wide, it’s safe to say that when it comes to bands, it doesn’t get much bigger than The Prodigy. Pioneers of the big beat sound, the band are famous for constantly experimenting with different genres and somehow managing to fuse punk, hardcore, rock and electronic music together in a way that had never been heard before.
Iconic albums such as Music For The Jilted Generation and The Fat Of The Land quite literally changed the face of electronic music spawning timeless hits such as Breath, Firestarter and Smack My Bitch Up. While more recently, the release of bands 5th studio album, Invaders Must Die gave rise to cult-classic tracks such as Omen and Take Me To The Hospital.
The Prodigy have recently taken the world by storm with their Almighty Warriors Dance Arena shows. Having toured their own Warriors Dance Festival in Japan, UK and most recently Serbia last year, The Prodigy are proud to bring their Arena to Future Music Festival for its Australian debut.
Headlining and curating their very own Arena at this year’s Future Music Festivals in March, this one-off Sydney performance will mark the one and only Australian sideshow appearance from this legendary band.
