Purple Sneakers DJs Announce WA Shows

So Australia Day is coming up and you know what that means. Yep, too many oiled up twats at the beach, everyone you've ever met telling you that Triple J's Hottest 100 was only good back in the 90's and enough Southern Cross's to drown Julia Gillard. Need somewhere to escape our beloved 'patriotism'? Well, we have the answer.

Our own destructive DJ duo of PhDJ and Randall Stagg, better known as PURPLE SNEAKERS DJS are heading over to Perth and Fremantle this Australia Day weekend to do what they do best... drink Jager. Oh and messing with your minds on the dancefloor.

We are inclined to say that they guys are heading over there because they just HAVE to tour that new single you can't get out of your heads. You know the one, 'Last One Standing'? It was played all over the place, received massively positive reviews and was remixed by international big dogs Jeremy Glenn and DJ Wool? But to be honest, it's more likely they're going purely because they freaking love it over there. We're kind of scared we won't see them return home.

So once you've dealt with accidentally kissing your long lost cousin at a family event, gotten angry at the fact your favourite songs didn't make the cut in the nations biggest music countdown and freaked out every time someone slaps your sunburnt back...
