JOBS: Archery Club Are Looking For New Staff

Hey you! Have you ever imagined yourself working alongside artists in the constantly growing music industry? Do you reckon you could work in an innovative team? Then read on as our good friends at Archery Club have some serious boots to fill!

Archery Club is an electronic music talent representation, touring and events company. They’ve got quite a diverse roster of artists whom they closely work with. Archery’s goal for these musicians is to enhance their music profiles and careers through touring and representation solutions.

Some of the artists and collectives that Archery has provided to is Miami Horror, The Aston Shuffle, Sampology, Dcup, Kid Kenobi and Spenda C.

When these artists meet their goals by establishing their names and allowing their musical journey to grow, Archery knows that they’ve also succeeded in what they had set out to do.

So after taking all of that in, do you reckon you could see yourself working in this sort of environment? If so, I’ll have you know that Archery are on the hunt for an Administration Coordinator!

To be liable, you must be highly organised, have an articulate eye for detail and have an understanding of working in a highly structured environment. In other words, you understand and can meet appointed deadlines, basic contracting and strategic planning.

You’ve also got to be an excellent communicator, are profusely reliable and have a strong work ethic. These things are essential!

If you’re all good so far, then check out the duties that this role includes:

•   Assisting the Senior Booking Agents day to day
•   Diary Management and all agency related Administration
•   Booking & finalising all Artist Performance Logistics as required
•   Overseeing the administrative functions of the agency including contracting for all Performances
•   Compiling venue and artist tech rider info
•   Approving all Performance related Artwork
•   Updating and maintaining social networking sites, including website

Now, Archery are really lovely people. Unlike a lot of other places, they’re open minded to the inexperienced. As long as you have the motivation and are capable and willing to be trained into the role, don’t hesitate to apply! Obviously the experienced are more than encouraged to go for the role also.
