Until a short time ago, I avoided CHET FAKER with the kind of disdain I reserve only for joke-name bands and ads for The Shire. Then he got pretty popular around the Purple Sneakers traps, so I was yanked off my high horse and forced to concede, yeah, his tracks are kinda sick.
Well, after teasing us with a few Sydney dates in June, CHET FAKER (real name Nick Murphy) is coming back for a run of shows around the country. He’s hitting most of the major cities (including a sold out Splendour In The Grass) so there’s a good chance he’ll be playing somewhere near you.
