Jamie xx Live On Triple R

So you missed out on tickets to the very few intimate shows The xx are putting on? And then you missed out on tickets to JAMIE XX's super exclusive club shows?

Well we feel your pain, as we also missed out on tickets to both. But luckily, Triple R have been awesome enough to heal us by getting the man himself to come into the studio for a very special performance.

Tuesday 17th July (aka next Tuesday), one of the worlds most in demand and prolific producers will be making his way into the Triple R performance space for an exclusive DJ set. Jamie xx will be spinning not only tracks from his own production catalogue, but also the tracks he digs (and everyone knows this guy has impeccable taste). The Englishman has earned international acclaim for his production work, not just with his namesake band, but also with luminaries such as Gil Scott-Heron on the album We’re New Here - as well as providing massive club remixes of everyone from Adele to Radiohead.

The performance is exclusive to Triple R subscribers, however you can tune-in to the show 'Set It Out' on Triple R from 4pm on Tuesday to hear part of the exclusive set broadcast live-to-air. The live broadcast can be streamed via Triple R On Demand HERE. But if you have some spare cash, we strongly suggest supporting the station and subscribing.
