New York's experimental shoegaze-cum-dream pop trio-now-duo School of Seven Bells are coming to Australia! Drop everything! This is literally the greatest news ever.

Formed as a trio six years ago, with vocalist Alejandra Deheza, guitarist/producer Benjamin Curtis, and ex-vocalist/synth player Claudia Deheza. With their unique mix of rock and electronic pop on debut album Alpinisms, School of Seven Bells were off to a great start.

Their follow-up album, Disconnect from Desire was met with critical acclaim, leading them to tour with bands such as Interpol, Blonde Redhead, and Active Child. Their release this year, Ghostory, well...I haven't been bothered to research it, because I've been listening to it since I got it three months ago, and I can guarantee that it's amazing.
