LISTEN: Four Tet 'Jupiters'

You've got to hand it FOUR TET, the Londoner very rarely fails to disappoint. He has been consistently dishing out introspective electronic for the good part of ten years and his latest single, ‘Jupiters’ is no exception. This track is a perfect example of why I heart electronic so much; it takes me on a charming synth journey. A brief silence signals the onset of colliding dense base and percolating textures, before ending with some sweet but faint vocals as the main beat draws it to a close. If I were to call this five minute smooth jam anything, it would definitely be suave! High five Four Tet, yet another classic to add to my late-night red wine collection.

The track will be released later this year on 12-inch from his label, Text. Excited pants on and ironed.
