Live Review: LISTEN: Hot Chip 'Night and Day'

Get ready to dance your shirt off. HOT CHIP just released new track ‘Night and Day’ and it is electro/pop/dancey as all hell. The track is from their forthcoming album In Our Heads. If this track is any indication, we are in for one crazy dance floor filler of an album.

I'll be grooving to this track night and day. Why? The bass line is infectious, Alexis Taylor's vocals are almost too cheery and more than a little bit cheeky, and the funk drop that hits just over a minute in is sure to have arses shakin' like it's nobody's business. Hot Chip sure know how to handle a synth. Fans will be overjoyed.

I am already preparing to take over every dance floor ‘Night and Day’ comes in contact with. I am going to shake around every inch of my being, showing off my dancing body like some kind of a cage dancer, and it will be glorious (well for me at least). ‘Night and Day’, my body awaits.
