LISTEN: Palindromes ‘Come Over’

What, you think palindromes stopped being cool in middle school? Sure, scrawling ‘racecar’ on your notebooks might not be as much fun as it used to be, but I guarantee you’re neither too old nor too cool to enjoy the laidback indie-pop sound of Brisbane’s PALINDROMES.

They’re M83 mixed with a little bit of Neon Indian, garnished with a subtle Eighties influence. The result is a relaxed, atmospheric tune in ‘Come Over’, one you’re going to want to listen to over and over (and over) again.

The boys have been in the studio, so use this opportunity to get acquainted with them before they release their first EP later this year.

Words by Cheryl Billman.
