Live Review: EXCLUSIVE STREAM: New Build 'Yesterday Was Lived And Lost'

Thanks to our buddies at Inertia Music, we have the entirety of NEW BUILD's album Yesterday Was Lived and Lost to be streamed exclusively on Purple Sneakers.

Before you even listen to New Build's music, they sound cool already - featuring members from Hot Chip and with contributions from LCD Soundsystem's Pat Mahoney. Here's the kicker: they do in fact, make excellent music. Who would have thought?

A couple of weeks ago, we featured a new one from the UK's NEW BUILD, 'Finding Reasons'. If that killer pop song was anything to go by, the rest of the album, Yesterday Was Lived and Lost, would be amazing.

Turns out, yeah, it's kind of incredible. The guys in Hot Chip know how to make a mean dance tune, and Pat Mahoney of LCD Soundsystem is no blow-off either.
