As the internet tightens its stranglehold on the music industry a select few are harnessing its awesome sharing power with various DIY “digi-labels” springing up all over the place. The digi-labels operate on the idea that it doesn’t matter how much money you make off of the music but rather how many people hear it. Mad Decent, a notable digi-label lead by Diplo, operates off this idea regularly releasing free mix tapes.

Now Melbourne based DJ, Sam Gil, has joined the growing culture with his label BOSSMAN. The label focuses on dance music, mash ups and remixes.

The boys will be keeping true to their brand policy, but spitting out a shitload of fun tracks that you can probably also pick up for free on the label.

They're also the creative brains behind Melbourne's favourite party boys NAYSAYER and GILSUN and a heap of others, so expect plenty of bangers and mash-ups! Yeeew!
