Live Review: LISTEN: Fanfarlo 'Shiny Things' (Yeasayer Remix)

Despite not having the most monstrous crowd of the weekend, FANFARLO absolutely killed it when they were last out here for 2010's Splendour in the Grass Festival. The Scandinavian Londoners have just handballed their track 'Shiny Things' across the atlantic to Brooklyn band YEASAYER for what has turned out to be a vibrant, glimmering remix.

FANFARLO have been steadily releasing singles since their 2009 album Reservoir and we're excited to report that their second album Rooms Filled With Light will be out February 28. Have a listen to the first single from the record, 'Deconstruction', below.

Lead singer Simon Balthazar had this to say to Contactmusic.com about making the upcoming release:

"To me the record is really about what a weird and intense experience it is to just be alive and to try to make sense of the modern world with all its bewildering pressures and possibilities"
