Live Review: VIDEO: Allbrook/Avery 'Wait 'til Morning'

We're getting a bit of a mini crush on these Perth boys, Allbrook/Avery are back with a new random video and some awesome new tunes. This vid is for their track 'Wait 'til Morning' which features some more of their trademark sound, a fairly lo-fi mix of strobing guitars, pulsing drums and their eclectic vocals including harmonies and plenty of "oooo's". No matter where they take their songs, they always manage to make us smile - the vibe, along with the lyrics, is incredibly uplifting. But, we'd have to say... the "popping" at the end of the track would have to be our fave sound effect yet!

Proving their talent lies much farther than composing and playing uber awesome songs, the clip is a piece of art in itself. It was shot entirely on a Super 8, which gives it an all over vintage/rustic feel, don'tcha think? We also love how as randomly strange the storylines seem to be, they're equally quirky and fun, and you can't help but giggle a little...
