Live Review: Grizzly Bear Bassist Goes Solo with Cant

Grizzly Bear bassist Chris Taylor has gone solo with a new side-project called Cant. He doesn't have a Soundcloud or even a Myspace - you can find his productions scattered across the internet like a giant chaotic rainbow - 'Answer' is a definite standout.

It's very futuristic sounding - you can hear alot of Baths inspired vocals laced with slowed down Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs style percussion. He'll be out here on January 7 for The Sydney Festival, more info HERE.

A club edit of 'Answer' has just been put out by Round Table Knights, its fantastic chilled out and bouncy. They'll be returning to the country in December for a bunch of dates, turning down a white european christmas - they interestingly have no plans to do any Australian festivals over the holiday season.
