I say, you say, we all say, CANT SAY!

Growing up in a musical inner-city household, laptop popster PLUTO JONZE had his mind blown early by the big pop stylings of Bowie, The Beatles and Beck, developing an obsession he never ever grew out of. Stints living in Berlin and Guatemala and an impressive track record composing for stage and film have all contributed to Pluto’s strange and exciting elixir of other-worldly pop. Dressed with samples, sequenced electronic lines and backed by an explosive live 3-piece drenched with lush vocals, pounding drums, melody-soaked guitar and his signature Theremin sound, this is what the 60’s would’ve sounded like on another planet.

With his debut EP mixed by Tony Espie (Cut Copy, The Holidays, Midnight Juggernauts), first single “Meet You Under Neon” remixed by the hottest acts in town - Cadillac and Jinja Safari, and support slots for the likes of The Jezabels, Buck 65, Guineafowl and Dappled Cities already under his ever widening belt, all evidence is that the stars are coming into alignment for PLUTO JONZE in 2011.

Without so much as a warning, UNDERCOLOURS explode onto the scene as Australia's next great hope for global pop supremacy. Like fellow countrymen Gypsy & The Cat channeling the stadium-sized hooks and effortlessly anthemic songwriting of The Temper Trap, Undercolours sound like an overnight success story just waiting to happen.

Debut single "Spirit The Ghost" awakens with soft passive aggressive guitars and a reconciliatory bass line before emotive piano chords unleash a nascent hint of optimism as tension builds in the pre-chorus. By the time UNDERCOLOURS break through it all and lunge headfirst into a chorus filled to the brim with soaring harmonies and echo-oh-oh-ohs, they've already established themselves as the kind of act ready to turn heads at breakneck speed in A&R meetings the world over.

With supports from AIRWOLF, TRANTER and GLASS MIRRORS, this is one party you ain't gonna want to miss!

Who's bed did you wake up in?
