Soft Centre open Greater Western Sydney artist applications

4 June 2019 | 10:49 am | Staff Writer

Heading into their third year, SOFT CENTRE are continuing to show their appreciation for the area of which the festival takes place by putting the call out for artists to apply to perform at the festival.

If you're an experimental sound artist, DJ, band or visual/installation artist from Greater Western Sydney and are keen to perform at this year's Soft Centre, taking place at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, this one's for you.

Krishtie Mofazzal, a recent graduate of FBi Radio's Dance Class, host on FBi Radio, events producer and south-west Sydney resident, has joined the Soft Centre team to curate the Georges River stage; a space solely dedicated to artists from the local region.

If this sounds like something you're keen on applying for, the process is super simple. All you have to do is hit this link, fill out the form and hit submit. Applications close Thursday, June 20 at 5PM.
