KLP pulls out all of the stops for her party-ready guest mix

It’s been all guns blazing for Sydney’s Kristy Lee Peters AKA KLP since handing over the reigns to her role as triple j‘s House Party presenter. She’s been silently chipping away at some new music for a little while and since hanging up the presenter headphones, she’s not letting a moment pass by.

Last year’s end saw her put out a new single with Berlin duo Kilian & Jo titled ‘Under The Influence’, which saw an entirely new side to KLP and her approach to songwriting. It’s an anthem for those late nights out, doing its absolute best to showcase KLP‘s love for the club and her ability to craft a damn good pop song. The track comes with the news that there’s something bigger in the works from her too.

With a tonne of new music on the way, we thought it’d be cool to get a peek into what she’s been bumping in her own time, so last week, she put together the guest mix for Purple Sneakers on FBi Radio. Expect a tonne of bass, catchy house and some of the best vocal hooks this side of town. KLP‘s pulled out all of the stops to deliver the perfect peak party mix for you, so take a listen below!

Airing every Saturday from 5-6PM AEDT, you can catch Purple Sneakers on FBi Radio locally at 94.5FM or DAB+ or stream online from anywhere in the world at fbiradio.com.

No idea where she’ll be in 10 years, but as long as she has a good record and a glass of white wine, she’ll be sweet.
