Stuck on where to stay for Laneway Festival next year? Win tickets & accom here thanks to YHA!
How’s that St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival lineup for 2019 lookin’ hey?! With one of the event’s biggest lineups yet, there’s something for everyone on this bill whether you’re a hip-hop head (hello Baker Boy & Denzel Curry), after something a little more electronic (can’t go past DJDS & Cosmo’s Midnight) or want something a little bit more guitar oriented (lookin’ at you Clairo & Parquet Courts).
We’re well and truly into festival season right now, and Laneway Festival is always the cherry on top of the summer season. Our pals at YHA Australia have teamed up with Laneway Festival to give away one hell of a festival experience!
Okay, ready for this?
They’re giving you the chance to win one of 10 double passes to Laneway plus a two night stay in a luxe private room at the nearest YHA all for FREE! With five legs of the Laneway tour going down, here’s where you could be putting up your feet:
Brisbane City YHA
With views overlooking the Brisbane river and the CBD skyline, the Brissy City YHA will be your place to call home for a couple of nights. It’s nice and close too, being just a ten minute trip to Brisbane Showgrounds where you can catch some of your fave acts at Laneway Festival.
Sydney Central YHA
Located smack bang in the middle of Sydney’s CBD, the Sydney Central YHA is right in on all of the action. Located close by to transport, good food and some great small bars, this one’s just a 20 minute trip around the harbour to the Sydney College Of The Arts.
Adelaide Central YHA
Boasting a leafy location, the Adelaide Central YHA is in a primo position for all things Adelaide city. Close by to the Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide oval and some of the city’s best small bars and live music venues, this one’s just a quick trip down the highway to your day at Laneway Festival.
Melbourne Central YHA
In true Melbourne fashion, this YHA in the heart of the city is colourful and quirky. It’s close by to a bunch of good spots including Fed Square, the renowned graffiti laneways and some of the best cafes and small bars the city has to offer. Just a quick 15 minute trip to your Laneway Festival destination.
Fremantle Prison YHA
This one’s definitely the most unique YHA, with your stay being a historical one too. Built in the 1850’s it’s the only accommodation in Western Australia with UNESCO World Heritage Status! This one’s about a half hour trip out of the festival.
