Live Review: PREMIERE: Hutcher introduces himself with the perfect dancefloor filler, 'Love Me Like'
Going from uploading his own songs and unofficial remixes on Soundcloud to being hit up by the one and only MJ COLE wanting a copy of his bootleg, to now teaming up with ALEXANDER BURNETT for his first official release, and releasing the single on TINTED RECORDS - it's safe to say it's been a wild ride for HUTCHER.
A Sydney producer, Hutcher is now ready to make his official entry into the club world, and he's got a dancefloor filler to unleash. Titled 'Love Me Like', this is the perfect introduction to a producer really only just getting started.
Coupling house influences with UK garage stylings, 'Love Me Like' is a classic tune to take you to a higher place in the club. With just enough bass to keep things chugging plus some emotion injected thanks to a heavenly vocal line, this song could easily be perfectly suited to a day time poolside party or a late night sweaty club session. As far as first impressions go, they don't come much stronger than this.

Hutcher said of his new single, "The initial idea for ‘Love Me Like’ came from the vocals that were written by Alexander Burnett, which I manipulated and used to create a hook. The vocals were quite smooth sounding, so my first thought was to write some really rich soul and jazz chords to bring the intended idea forward. The track is essentially about letting someone who really means something to you, back into your life, and so jazz and soul for me is always the best way to add that emotion and warmth to a song."
Having just inked a deal with Tinted Records, there's hopefully a whole lot more where this one came from. But, for now at least, 'Love Me Like' is going to see us right through to summer!
