Live Review: Get dreamy with Shallou's new track, 'Begin'

If you ever feel like going for just your standard afternoon frolic in a meadow, we have just the song for your playlist. SHALLOU's single 'Begin', featuring WALES, glistens and glides. Building an excited and attentive fan base from his previous remixes and original tracks, 'Begin' takes Shallou's fans deeper into his dreamy direction.

'Begin's introduction is understated but just tasty enough to instantly grab attention. The song in its entirety is gentle, but it is its opening that grips you with its entrancing subtlety.

Building ever so slightly, there is no major climax. Instead, its gradual rise in intensity perfectly mirrors the listener's involvement. Wales' vocals weave seamlessly in with the whimsy and allure of the instrumental. Aesthetically gorgeous, shallou and Wales paint a picture with their sound.

'Shallou', 'Wales'... those who had a hand in 'Begin' sure like their oceanic and water-like wordplay, which is more than discernible in the tune's sound. Gushing and glistening, the simpleness of the percussion gives way to the almighty ambience.    

I feel like if you played this song to your pot plant, you would have a forest grow in no time.
