Already setting a revolutionary standard from his debut EP ‘Dreams’ Sydney producer Oliver Tank releases a stunning accompanying video for 'swerve'.

Already setting a revolutionary standard from his debut EP, Dreams, and sophomore EP, Slow Motion Music, Sydney producer OLIVER TANK has now released stunning accompanying visuals for his latest track ‘Swerve’.

It’s a transitional piece that creates food for thought as the gentle and intricately placed breathes of instrumentals ignite a sort of philosophical outlook- something that will leave you dazed yet filled with clarity. The combination of Tank's exceptionally raw vocals and the delicateness of the production is breathtaking, which is most definitely captured throughout the duration of the video.

Directed by fellow Sydney artists, AISLIN LOWE, the video encapsulates the concept of ‘getting high’, although not constructed through a literal sense but more of an abstract perception that draws many interpretations to the surface. He explains,“Whilst the song speaks about the idea of 'getting high' as a response to fear, I wanted to turn that on its head and create an idea of 'getting high' in response to love and intimacy, in the context of the two characters achieving a higher state through feeling connected to each other.”

And it illustrates just that; it follows a young, free spirited couple through the wilderness as they embrace their emotions so much so they (literally) are driven to a higher state as they float in the air alongside each other. Between visuals of the couple and snippets of Tank himself in front of a cloud of smoke, ‘Swerve’ and the accompanying visuals are paired like two long lost lovers, a blessing of fate.

But there’s one more blessing from Tank, and that’s he's confirmed appearance at this months Secret Garden Festival! It ain't no secret he’s going to kill his live set, so grab your tickets and witness his musical talents in the flesh. In preparation, have a listen to 'Swerve' now!
