Live Review: PREMIERE: Harry Fox and Donny Casper are going 'All For It' with this new banger

HARRY FOX has arrived, and there's sweet f*ck all you can do about it.

Coming off the back of producing Forbes' debut album, Audio Novella - which btw was absolutely jam-packed with versatile yet natural production - and off a sensational trap remix to Midas.Gold's monstrous track '$$$', Harry Fox has finally given us a single in his own right and he's certainly going 'All For It.'

'All For It', which features fellow Brisbane up and comer Donny Casper, is everything you want a debut single to be. In fact, it's everything a debut single needs to be. Harry Fox wastes no time letting us know exactly what he's about - melding electronic music and hip-hop in the most explosive way; unapologetically huge production and a deep understanding of how to showcase a rapper's flow.

When Casper throws down "Yeah, bitch, I do it for the f*cking thrill", you're just overcome with the assertion, power and unshakable confidence that usually doesn't come until three or four records down the track. But it looks like Harry Fox doesn't have time how things "usually" work - he's doing this all on his own terms and doing it brilliantly.

'All For It' is bombastic, it's brash and it's so in your face that you won't be able to turn it off. This is Australia's answer to the all-conquering 'Attak' collab between Rustie and Danny Brown from a few years back, except Fox and Casper give those two vets a run for their money. The best thing about 'All For It' is that it would be right at home at your local pub's hip-hop showcase, at 2am in the middle of a crowded club dancefloor or headlining the main stage at a festival to 10,000 people. This track can do it all, and we'd be wrong to think that Harry Fox can't do the same.
