Live Review: Two Friends' 'Out Of Love (feat. Cosmos & Creature)' will round out your Summer playlist

Two Friends have teamed up with Cosmos & Creature for the title track to their forthcoming EP, 'Out Of Love'. It's a late shoo-in for your Summer playlist.

Los Angeles based Matt Halper and Eli Sones, AKA TWO FRIENDS, have just dropped the title track to their impending EP, Out Of Love, featuring duo Cosmos & Creature. They’re just coming to the end of a brief US tour with Matoma and Aussie legends The Aston Shuffle.

"This might be our favourite song we’ve ever made. It all came together so organically and was such a fun one to work on from the very beginning til the very end, which can be pretty rare. Brandyn and Molly of Cosmos & Creature were such a pleasure to get to know and write with on this one. And our friend Dave absolutely crushed it on the sax.”

This one’s a shoo-in for the summer playlist even as February draws to a close. Dreamy guitar licks sit under clean vocals that almost approach a ballad. It’s a sunny build up for a future-bass drop coated in a sugary sax line that gives ‘Out Of Love’ a little more groove, and there’s plenty of room for a festival main stage sing along towards the end there too.
