PREMIERE: Jordan Magro wants you to ‘Think Of Me’ during those final summer nights
There’s something so refreshing about good house music. Its vibrancy is electric and its energetic rhythms just emulate an atmosphere that you constantly want around you. JORDAN MAGRO understands how house music can affect its listeners. He knows that it can move you emotionally and physically, so he’s released a stellar new track called ‘Think Of Me’ that will enlighten all of your senses.
BOSWELL lent his wonderful voice to this ode to summer and by blending it with smooth melodies that tingle with hints of tropicana and deep piano samples, Jordan has been able to create a track that’s incredibly infectious. From the first note, you can picture a sunset with colourful hues of pink and orange as the warmth of the track is easily felt. ‘Think Of Me’ slowly builds with a steady beat and a variety of synths layering upon each other until your engulfed in a chorus that tends to lean more into the garage territory. Which definitely isn’t a bad thing.
Jordan seems to be influenced heavily be early 2000’s garage music as the song’s peaks have the same elements as those tracks did back in the day. of course, house and garage have always been in a similar category, but blending them together in a way that still feels original can be a challenge. Luckily, this was a challenge that Jordan and Boswell could handle quite easily.
‘Think Of Me’ could not have been released at a better time. With summer coming to a close, this song will accompany the memories of those hot summer nights by the ocean before autumn sets in and you prefer to snuggle up in bed than swim with the dolphins.
