Princess Nokia comes up with some stunning visuals for her track 'BRUJAS', a track about racial identity, witches and high deities.

Princess Nokia has released some stunning visuals for her latest track 'BRUJAS', a track about racial identity, witches and high deities.

The track has a focus on invoking imagery of witchcraft, and spirits, namely Orisha. Starting off with a chant before going into the beat, Princess Nokia asserts herself before diving head first into her verses.

Killing it with a delivery that makes an impact, she makes references to her heritage and roots, including witchcraft and her long bloodlines spanning the globe. Warning you not to fuck with her energy, Princess Nokia goes in, no holds barred, over production by Blanco and DJ Bass Bear.

Visually 'BRUJAS' is stunning; the mix of natural and urban environments make reference to the mixed race and cultures of the artist where she has roots in Africa, South America and New York City. The locations are always vibrant and interesting. The opening shot with all the women in the water is such a well composed shot and each location after has all the actors doing something interesting in interesting places.

Princess Nokia has done a great job enlisting Asli Baykal to direct and their music video is sure to grab the attention of people. More music is hopefully coming soon.
