Live Review: Lower Spectrum serves up extravagance and drama in this guest mix

28 November 2016 | 12:34 pm | Emma Jones

Before EMC kicks off for another year, we got Lower Spectrum in for a dramatic, expansive and extravagant guest mix - not that we expected anything less.

LOWER SPECTRUM is very quickly becoming one of the most formidable, innovative and impressive electronic acts in the country right now. The WA maestro creates dark, deep soundscapes you get lost in, like a trip down a mysterious and eerie wonderland, and his tunes continue to outdo themselves with each and every release.

Set to appear at this year's EMC - both performing and speaking - it seems it's only up for Lower Spectrum. Set to wrap up what has been a tremendous year for him, with national tours, huge singles, stunning film clips and more, we are excited to see what his next moves are come 2017.

To celebrate him, and the arrival of EMC for another year, we got the man himself on guest mix duties, and the result was a dramatic, expansive, extravagant mix - not that we expected anything less. Check out his mix below, and for more details on EMC, head HERE.
