Groves are band from London who you'll soon find lurking around your favourite playlists. The band got together in 2015 and have since been creating dreamy rock-pop with a smooth set of synths. The band have already toured quite a bit and have now finally decided to get down and do some recording, which means we now get to listen to the excellent track 'Do You Feel'.

The band used quite a lot of analogue equipment when recording and kept the sound raw, which is refreshing in this day and age. Groves' frontman Nick Hayes explained that their first recording experience was organic in more ways than one, "We like working with tape delays and real reverbs. Without wanting to sound horribly clichéd, they just provide warmth and make things more approachable… It’s really important to us that the songs feel human". 'Do You Feel' definitely feels human, it doesn't sound perfectly edited, which is its best feature.

Groves released the track along with a music clip which has a very strong eighties feel to it. The clip centres on a man, presumably a teacher, as he wanders the halls of an empty building. He scours every nook and cranny until he discovers a man sitting silently in a room. he tries to get his attention but nothing seems to work. Creepy. The man finds more people in a similar state and he begins to freak out, understandably.

The music video and the song itself show the immense creativity that Groves hold and we will hopefully hear more from them very soon.
