Nicole Millar has been quite busy recently, so it will come as no surprise that in a few months we’re going to be treated to a brand new EP.

You may have realised that Nicole Millar has been quite busy recently, so it will come as no surprise that in a few months we’re going to be treated to a brand new EP from the lovely lady. Not too long ago, we had a chat with Nicole and she sneakily mentioned that she would soon be releasing the first song from the EP, ‘Signals’, very soon. The time has come people, ‘Signals’ is finally here!

Nicole told us in the interview that “my favourite new track is probably ‘Signals,” and she also revealed that “It’s about a relationship where you’re with the person, but they haven’t admitted it yet and you’re trying to show them your worth and that you will go if they don’t accept your signals”. The story will no doubt resonate with a lot of us and the track is infectious, so you’ll become addicted to it very quickly.

The video to accompany the pop-infused single is extravagantly fun. Nicole and her man dance and play in a variety of exciting shots as she also sings a top a dusty hill in the most colourful costume you’ve ever seen. The video continues to show a very loving relationship and if you can’t see the signals there, then you might be going blind and should probably get checked out.

The best part about this video is the underlying story to it. Nicole may be having a lot of fun with her beau, but he has another girl and she’s broken down after finding out about his frivolous escapades. Nicole watches from the car and then enters the apartment on her own. The signals being thrown around there you can interpret how you will.

Nicoles new EP is called Communication and will be released on December 2. ‘Signals’ is one of six new tracks and it’s looks like we’re in for some amazing new music from Nicole Millar.
