After releasing their fifth studio album, Bottomless Pit, the ever essentric experimental hip hop trio Death Grips have released a video for their single 'Eh'.

The video for 'Eh' has some effort put into it and avoids the lo-fi aesthetic that is normally associated with the band's music videos, previous videos that have come out recently from the band have been more abstract, using footage like a shoe with a broken sole or sped up footage of the trio cleaning up an exploded bean bag.

The main visual draw for 'Eh' is that the image is comprised of lines which causes heaps off effects with perspective and changing scene. The visuals normally get distorted and messed up, no detail can really be made out clearly and yet most of the time you'll be able to tell what is going on as your brain will fill in the missing details.

It's an unsettling video in some ways like how the faces look broken and glitch out when the camera gets close, and in other ways it's an interesting  videos seeing how the camera transitions between the lines to reveal more images.

The track itself is one of Death Grips least abrasive, compared to other songs in their discography this track is mild mannered, this is to reflect the subject matter of the song which is about apathy and not caring. While Death Grips is toning it down for this track they still bring their strange sound to the song with rapid bouncing synth and bouts of energetic vocals.
