George Maple slays in new video for ‘Sticks and Horses’
There is nothing stopping GEORGE MAPLE these days. The Australian born LA-based singer/songwriter and producer has created an absolute fire track with D.C rapper GoldLink, and has just released a sexy, sultry and definitely NSFW video to accompany it.
Full of sex, power, money and strippers, ‘Sticks and Horses’ was actually tested in a strip club. “I took the track to a strip club and asked the owner if he could test it out to see how the dancers moved,” Maple says, “I wanted to test the energy of the track. I wanted the track to feel like desire and temptation, somewhere deep in a fantasy, the strip club was always the perfect backdrop.”
The evidence of this is clear. Maple plays a sexy powerful woman fighting for money from a man she’s clearly involved with. Maple wins (girl power!) and takes a sexy stripper for a ride. Take a look here:
The track is just as powerful as the video. A heavy bass line contrasted with funky eclectic synths, a catchy bridge and big drops, not to mention a fire verse from GoldLink, it’ll make you think you’re in the biggest strip club in Atlanta.
