According to singer/songwriter ADIAM's latest track, she's a 'Dead Girl Walking' and she's showed us exactly what that is in the release of her music video.

The Eritrean-Swedish songstress is known for her deep lyrical content and soulful vocal melodies and harmonies. The release of Adiam's self-titled album in 2009, both singles 'Miss You', and 'Pizza' conveyed a crazy, energetic nature which sparked interest overseas. Her usual heavy attitude and seductive punk/R&B vocals contrasts to her latest release.

'Dead Girl Walking' portrays a darker, more personal light on Adiam, with her sorrowful vocals and simplistic beats and legato string crescendos' giving greater focus on the nature of her lyrics. The release of her music video shows a strong, confident, yet broken girl with strong imagery of her punk attitude as she drives (both metaphorically and literally) away from her problems. This slow, haunting piece is a masterful arrangement, that can't be unwatched. Check it out!
