Sydney based duo LEFT. came out from the waterworks with their breakthrough track 'No Way' this week and it's damn catchy.
Left. is an Australian duo who have been around for a little while now pumping out great indie electronic tracks and building up a dedicated following but their latest track 'No Way' is certain to make Left. a name we're going to be hearing a lot more often.
Although the bouncing beats and breathy vocals of 'No Way' might give it a fun, upbeat feel, listen just a little closer and the dark undertones that brought about the song's inception are clear. As with most songs 'No Way' is a reaction, and for 'No Way' that reaction is singer Sarah Correy's to the increase of domestic and sexual violence crimes against women in Australia.
