You don't need any introduction to THE BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE. The band's announced they'll coming back down under for a very special tour.
Come on Australia, you don't need any introduction to THE BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE or to the wild lead vocalist Anton Newcombe. These guys have been the kings of hypnotic psych rock since 1990, and today the band's announced they'll coming back down under for a very special tour.
This November will see BJM play exclusive shows in Australasia as part of their Silver Jubilee anniversary - hence the tour title 25 YEARS – THE SILVER JUBILEE TOUR. And you can expect songs from the last few years along with older songs that have never been played live before.
Since BJM's last visit to Australia in 2013 they released their 14th album (yep, 14th), Revelation, to critical acclaim. It was the first full length to be recorded and produced by Newcombe alone. They even released music for an imaginary French film, a soundtrack paying homage to the great European directors of the late 50’s and 60’s.

To coincide with BJM’s Australian tour they will release a Limited Edition Numbered Vinyl 10” EP called ‘the bjm mini album’ of all new songs, to be sold from venues only. A collector’s item that all dedicated BJM fans won’t want to miss out on!
