Live Review: This Soft Machine Guest Mix For Purple Sneakers On FBi Click

You may already know the German-based Australian producer THIS SOFT MACHINE aka Tim Sullivan from his intriguing electronica on recent singles 'On & On' and 'This Place Was Meant For Me'. If not, we've got the perfect introduction for you.

For a guy who's been working with DARKSIDE‘s Dave Harrington, Cut Copy‘s Dan Whitford and Lorraine Nicholson, This Soft Machine is still a relatively unknown talent. But things aren't going to be quiet for much longer, with a debut EP out via revered label, Eskimo Recordings, and shows springing up all over Europe.

Sullivan offered up a 30 minute mix for our FBi Click show, a couple of weeks ago and now we've got the full thing streaming below. Listen closely for an eclectic mix of old school funk, disco and house beats. It's a whole heap of fun.
