The producer has been enjoying a lot of love recently on London's NTS Radio in light of his latest release. The whole five track EP is a mellow affair and, as the first cut on the A-side, ‘Don’t Want The Regular’ sets the tone for Wu’s ambient, backyard sound.

Eschewing vocals in favour of a light jazzy guitar that comes in half way through to tell a musical narrative of sorts, the track remains pretty abstract. A low steady drumbeat keeps the track humming along as lazy piano notes drifts in and out. It’s a slightly off-kilter shuffle with the warm and fuzzy analogue style so popular amongst the current wave of London producers. This is low fi surreptitious house to ease you into Monday morning.
