Live Review: Indian Summer 'Shiner' ft. Ginger & The Ghost (Option4 Remix)

It's through their spectacular original tracks such as 'Foreign Formula' and 'Shiner' that INDIAN SUMMER have found themselves on an upward trajectory.

'Shiner' was the last original track that the Melbourne-duo released and to say that it was successful is a tad of an understatement. OPTION4 is a big fan of the track, the producer recently got his hands on it and created a great remix that will no doubt be heard most nights throughout summer.

The original mix for 'Shiner' already has a pretty infectious beat but OPTION4's remix has become even more so, with the beat being sped up just enough to suit his new melody. Chopped vocals layer a deep piano track and after a very eerie build up, the producer breaks out the house synths and things get serious.

The vocals remain the same for some sections in the track however, in others the vocal track is scattered and moulded into the melody.
