Live Review: The Kite String Tangle 'Arcadia' (Official Video)
The Kite String Tangle has released a new music video that perfectly captures the emotion in his track 'Arcadia'.
Danny Harley, or THE KITE STRING TANGLE as he's better known, is one of Brisbane's best electronic exports and now after releasing his latest EP Vessels, the music clip for it's first single 'Arcadia' has emerged.
The last music video that THE KITE STRING TANGLE released was for his breakthrough track 'Given The Chance' and now 'Arcadia' is giving it a run for it's money by being jaw-droppingly great.
The track itself utilises a series of wonderful atmospherics that are broken up by a soft, yet solid beat. Harley's own vocals soar above the melody and once the chorus begins, we are shown the full power of 'Arcadia' as every element suddenly elevates.

The music video perfectly captures the core emotion in 'Arcadia'. We are introduced to a guy and girl as the camera jump cuts between them both as they walk along a very sleek bridge. Close-ups of the girl undressing show that there is a relationship here and that something may or may not have gone wrong. The pair briskly walk past each other and as their eyes lock onto each other, the relationship is confirmed. Each shot is significant to the storyline and as the video plays on, you see how the relationship in question began, and how it abruptly ends.
