'The Meaning Of Love' will have you swooning. The latest shard of glacial chill-wave from Future Classic beat maker CHROME SPARKSlatest EP 'Goddess' feels like a breath of fresh mountain airlike shaking off the cabin fever and getting down to some groovy business.

It's a dreamy and ethereal sound, glazed in the kind of diced up vocal cuts you might expect from producers like GOLD PANDAXXYYXX, or FOUR TETThese aren't generous comparisons: CHROME SPARKS has proven his mettle when it comes to crafting intricate, meticulous and goosebumping beats, and his most recent offering is no exception.

The samples bandy loosely between electro percussive loops, wailing violin interludes and a gentle, restrained key section, culminating with euphoric gusto into that buzzing final act: the kind of zipper-tear waves that would make TRENTEMOLLER wet.

It channels the sound of RÖYKSOPP's 'Vision One' in a track that overall falls closer to the 'Röyksopp Forever' grade of atmospheric electronica, and it's all over a little too quickly. This is probably one of the most inoffensive soundscapes going though, so there's no reason why you shouldn't hit repeat and turn the volume to eleven.
