Live Review: WATCH: Le1f 'Boom' (Official Video)
Le1f has released the video for his track 'Boom' and it proves that Le1f is on his a-game.
LE1F is one of America's most interesting rappers. With a background in dance as well as having a talent for mixing slick verses with melodic electronica, his career has reached new heights in the last couple of months.
Australia saw LE1F play Meredith Music Festival in 2013, but most recently he performed on David Letterman's Late Show. Add to that a new single released through XL Recordings and a SXSW showcase performance alongside ANNIE MAC... LE1F is on top of his game.
He has celebrated all this by releasing a new music clip for his track 'Boom'. With DOUBLE DUTCH producing the track, 'Boom' has been taken into a more familiar direction than LE1F's previous material.
With very confident lyrics and smooth popping synths creating a sturdy beat, 'Boom' definitely leaves a mark. You can hear a very soft reggae influence here which seems to blend naturally with the tracks harder exterior.

Set in a very deep lit fast food joint director Sam B Jones has decided to take 'Boom' into a direction that is not only artistic, but also a bit cheeky.
'Boom' is just one track featured on the 'Hey' EP which you can download online now HERE. 'Het' will also be released on vinyl but isn't expected until May 6.
