Live Review: LISTEN: Jonas Rathsman 'Feel What I Feel'

JONAS RATHSMAN is killing it right now. Not only is he about to set off on an international tour around the UK, Europe and America, he's also been deemed as the "future star of 2013" by BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong. On top of this, he's just released his brand new single 'Feel What I Feel' through Texas label French Express.

'Feel What I Feel' has set out to warm your heart. Initially reaching out with a chamber of shimmering synths and an introduction to the vulnerable, repetitive vocals, the vibe soon turns itself in for a punchy beat and sharp percussion. As it plays on, the thick synth-work winds it's way back into the track, ultimately blending the songs two elements together.

The lyricism is simple, yet strong and works well with the tracks exploration of sound. Due to its progression and charm, you'll find yourself hugging the track tightly, failing to let go. This all seems rather nice, yet its unfair lifespan of being just three minutes in length is a little heartbreaking - that is until you navigate to the replay button of course..
