Falls Festival Announce More Acts

25 October 2013 | 12:46 pm | Hannah Galvin

Falls Music and Arts Festival have extended their lineup as a bunch of acts have just been announced to perform!

In just a couple of months, it will be time to start packing bags and brushing up on your how-to-set-up-a-tent knowledge as this years Falls Music and Arts Festival is growing nearer and nearer! In the meantime, you're due to update your playlists as the Falls lineup has just expanded.

Over the years, we've learnt how this lineup announcement works. We're hit with the bang of the first heavy drop, and experience the remainder in dribs and drabs right up until show day. It's teasing, though courteous as there's always an announcement to look forward to.

One of those announcements has decided to grace us with its presence today for both Lorne and Marion Bay. So without further ado, the added acts to the 2013/2014 Falls Music and Arts Festival!

There's also been an update on Boogie Nights - the first night of each Falls location to welcome the party and dress up crazy. Due to illness, the Hot 8 Brass Band are unfortunately no longer able to tour Australia this Summer. So to take their spot, soul sistahz Clairy Browne & The Bangin' Racketts have stepped in.

They'll be joined by The CorrespondentsHot Dub Time MachineLate Nite Tuff GuyLegs AkimboMountain Mochakilimanjaro and Tom Thum. We've also been informed that the theme of Boogie Nights this time will be Intergalactic. To inspire our costume planning, Falls have so generously given us a [super great] motivating tune!

Although both Lorne and Byron Bay tickets are all sold out, there are still some left for Marion Bay. Act quick and get your tickets HERE to avoid spending New Years any other way!
