Live Review: LISTEN: The Magician 'When The Night Is Over' ft. Newtimers

The Belgians sure do know their way around all things electro - from the depths of minimal techno to the glittery heights of funky disco house. THE MAGICIAN's latest single WHEN THE NIGHT IS OVER ft. NEWTIMERS proves how true the latter of that statement is.

WHEN THE NIGHT IS OVER is a surefire club banger, laced with the silky vocals of NEWTIMERS. The track follows quite minimalist sensibilities following a simple melodic pattern beefed up with a solid kick before opening up to huge layers of syncopated complimenting synthesizers, something that THE MAGICIAN has made a name for himself with.

WHEN THE NIGHT IS OVER is the first single to be released from THE MAGICIAN's next EP which is set to be released online on the 4th November, and with support from fellow DJs and producers such as Busy P, Digitalism, and The Bloody Beetroots to name a few it's pretty safe to assume that this next effort from the Belgian producer is going to be a cracker.
