Alongside brief information on his forthcoming sophomore record Kiss LandTHE WEEKND has announced a huge headline tour that will run through the US and UK. Although we Australians can’t join in on the festivities (unless you have a fat wallet), we can sit here in pride as our very own ANNA LUNOE will be joining him on tour!

The Weeknd will be hitting the road with the Sydney based artist as well as LA’s BANKS at the start of September. Hence why he’s named it “The Fall Tour” as it will be running throughout the American season.

The Weeknd will be predominantly taking the stage to quite large theatres. This is a pretty exciting prospect for Lunoe and Banks, as they’ll be opening the shows in these beautiful venues.

The Fall Tour is in celebration of The Weeknd‘s forthcoming album Kiss Land. According to Republic Records, the LP is due for release at the end of America’s Summer.
