WIN: High Highs Sydney & Melbourne Show Double Passes
Want to head along to the High Highs tomorrow night Sydney friends? How about on Thursday you Melbourne folk? We've got a double pass for both shows!
Sydney-born, Brooklyn-based duo HIGH HIGHS are just one day away from their own Sydney show (with Melbourne following) after having just supported Vampire Weekend around the US. Judging by previous performances and the high demand of seeing this band play, it's sure to be a pretty mesmerising set for both states in such intimate settings.
You know how it's usually better to see a band at night time, and a headline appearance in a small venue is much more appetising than the stage and limitations of a festival? Well High Highs have proven to be pretty nifty under all different lighting and capacities, as their Laneway slot this year carried their sonic dreams and gentle shouts to the attention of each and every audience member, unifying the crowd as one big reactive consumer.

Festivals and headline tours aside, they're doing pretty damn well in terms of landing some sweet support slots. With the aforementioned Vampire Weekend tour, they also opened up for Empire Of The Sun just last week as part of Vivid LIVE 2013. In other words, they more than likely owned the Sydney Opera House's Concert Hall.
This is all of course just a warm up for what is to come though, as they'll be hitting up Oxford Art Factory tomorrow night, as well as The Toff on Thursday, where they are sure to serenade you with tunes from both their 5-track EP and debut record Open Season.
