Last year Canadian quartet Azari & III were interviewed and performed a few songs for Channel 4's Album Chart Introduces show.

Azari-III

Before vocalists Starving Yet Full and Fritz Helder came into the picture, AZARI & III consisted of just Dinamo Azari and Alixander III travelling around as a DJ duo. Once all forces were joined, the four have since been playing as a live quartet, and have released both remix EPs and their debut self-titled full length album.

Four days ago on Twitter, the group followed "#throwback" with an interview/performance video they did for Channel 4's Album Chart Show 2012 in the UK. We thought we'd build on this memory by also sharing it with you!

Sitting in a warehouse looking space, the four evenly talk about their tracks (as their live set for the show is played in the background), collaborations & the fun of remixing, their "three year world tour" and their plans of taking over a sunny island very far away from the drab weather of the UK.

When the camera focuses on their performance, we're welcomed into a dimly lit, hazy room that is quite possibly the funkiest cult in the world. So special and alive, it almost feels like it's been kept secret from the rest of humanity.

Starving Yet Full and Fritz Helder man the front of the space with their fantastic dancing in the coolest approach possible, singing along to the instrumentation performed by Dinamo Azari and Alixander III located behind them. They play the tracks 'Hungry For The Power', 'Manic' and 'Reckless'.

Check out this remix Blende did of Azari & III's track 'Lost In Time'. It's been released as a part of Dim Mak Records' "Free Friday", where they will offer a track on their Soundcloud page for free digital download; whether it be new, old, previously unreleased or a complete rarity.
