If Bleeding Knees Club have taught you anything, it's to not take things seriously and have fun. Their fans are quite like-minded. Just check the new clip

So for a few weeks now, Gold Coast boys BLEEDING KNEES CLUB have been uploading short clips on YouTube of dudes and gals that they interviewed in Federation Square, Melbourne, for their film clip 'Let It Go'.

Now that it's all been complied together, 'Let It Go' has finally been released in all its visual glory!

Directed by Andrew Wood at Rockaway Creative, the clip opens with a girl describing her "like" worst hangover experience ever. The song kicks off after this and rides out underneath a few more interviews from the youth of Melbourne, as well as over the top of shots of Alex Wall, Jordan Malane and two of their girl pals.

The clip steps into some quite literal frames, such as when one of the girls is dangling her feet over the edge of the pier as she "smokes by the water."

This is kind of symbolic of the band itself. Wall and Malane have not established themselves to write metaphorical, heartfelt love songs and the like. If they want to write a song about having fun, not having anything to do or just want to state the fact that girls can do anything (which is true), then they will. 'Let It Go' is just another example of this.

Ultimately, the story side of this clip is a snapshot of what a couple of friends do on the day after a big night.

On the other side of the clip for 'Let It Go', we're told stories and opinions about what us young people have experienced during a bad hangover, as well as stuff that happens on the intoxicated night itself.

So in a way, the interviewees are partly aiding the actions of the four friends driving around in a kombi, turning faces at extravagant beverages and roaming busy streets.

To conclude the clip, the interviewees (whom some have been decked out in Wall's 100 Percent Zero clothing) are clearly asked what they think of the term "let it go." Pretty much saying to not give a shit about anything, they advise you to live in the moment and have fun.
