TOP FIVES: Luke Letourneau

14 June 2012 | 4:30 pm | Staff Writer

Luke Letourneau is strictly a music listener, so with his keen ear we brings his TOP FIVES in music.

Luke has been one of our valuable PURPLE SNEAKERS editorial interns and website subeditors for a decent while, we thought it was about time we gave him a grilling and investigated his top five everythings...

"I'm an aspiring 'something', but for now I am writing for whoever asks me to write for them. I have also just started up my own little blog MadeStatic with two other friends where we write about the things that we are interested in.

We can be pretty trashy, but also oh so very classy. But we are also using it as a home for the videos and stories we film. Here are my Top Fives." - Luke Letourneau

Top 5 places to go for a night out in Sydney/Australia/The World

Every pub along Chalmers Street and up Cleveland Street.

If you are going to a Festival at Moore Park orgoing to see someone play at the Hordern Pavilion, I suggest you get off at Central Station and get your drink on before you have to deal with the jacked up prices of either venue. Although beware, there are a lot of pubs, so maybe just one drink per-pub, because it's already going to a lethal night.

World Bar (Thursday Night)

Free entry, good music and filled with uni students trying to forget about rent, their grades and an assessment they should be working on is always an enjoyable atmosphere.

Club 77

Absolute filth, but in a fun - I'm going to hate myself tomorrow- kind of way.

House Party

The cheapest drinks around, you know most of the people, and if your a total mess you can crash there.

Pie Face

You'll regret going there during the day, but at night, oh at night, it is the cure to every problem.

Top 5 Places you’ve woken up after a big night out

Not on the train.

Not under my clothesline on my 18th.

Not in a pool of 'after-drink.'

Not in a random's garden.

Always my own bed.
