It’s been 30,000 guests, half a million drinks, and a shitload of questionable antics in the making to get this far, but we are proud to invite you to CAN’T SAY’s first birthday!
Introducing the one and only infamous AJAX, dance legend.
There are few ways one can describe this unique character without writing a fucking essay, so we’ll try to keep it short and sweet. No promises though.
Originally a founding member of BANG GANG, he gained attention with the BANG GANG mixtapes and compilations with the likes of Gus Da Hoodrat, Light Year, Gloves, Danger Dan and other leading electronic dance music producers of today.
Voted twice as Australia’s number 1 DJ in ITM50 competition only further helped to push AJAX into the limelight as a leading figure within the dance music scene both nationally and across the globe. Since 2005 he has also been voted in the top 5 DJ’s on a national level.
Voted 3 times by 3D as the world’s best DJ, and voted as one to watch by acts such as Justice, Mylo, Busy P and Tiga, he then went on to support huge international acts such as the previously mentioned as well as the likes of MSTRKRFT, 2manydjs, Daft Punk, Sinden, Yuksek, Bookashade and The Bloody Beetroots – the man has partied and danced his way across the globe, rubbing shoulders with dance music royalty.
Co-founder and director of Sweat it Out record label saw him make the difficult shift from artist to label manager with trademark AJAX effortless ease.
Now a member of up and coming band talent Twinsy which sees himself, Guy from Yacht Club DJs and Michael Belsar of Hunting Grounds. Definitely one to watch in 2012!
We’re running out of shit to say about him. Moral of the story; be there.
Supports from RUFUS and POLOGRAPHIA throwing down DJ sets as well as the enlisted help of the CAN’T SAY residents, our first birthday is one we are sure to be celebrating in style.
